Vintage Cabinet with Miniatures by Kathryn Depew

Vintage…?

Not sure if you would call this cabinet “antique,” “vintage,” “shabby chic,” or “yard sale find,” but I love how it turned out!  I found it at a yard sale for $5.00, and I haven’t done anything to it yet except clean it.

This cabinet was going to be a place to display my miniatures that didn’t have a home yet.   After I put it all together, though, I didn’t want to take anything out!  The table on the lower shelf didn’t fit, so I cut off the back part of it – I guess this is it’s permanent home!   I need to figure out a way to hang it, since it is rather heavy, and the top piece where the nails used to go looks like it is about to fall off.

Credits

I would like to give credit to all of the artists & handcrafters represented, but I am relying on my memory and research.  Where the artist or company represented does not have a web site, I refer to my online shop Cotton Ridge Miniatures if I am able to re-order the item.  If you see a piece that you recognize that is missing information, please let me know!
