1. Contact me with your blog url and I will respond as soon as possible.
2. Upon approval, please point out which images on your blog you would like me to use in the post. If you do not have a preference, I will be happy to pick my favorites!
3. Please provide two to four paragraphs for the article. Also please include the list of your links (web site, Facebook, Twitter etc.) that you would like included in the post. Some ideas of information to include (include as much or as little as you like):
